Giles Cardwell Residential Lettings was established in 2005.

After working in the local letting industry for over 20 years and having built a recognised name for his expertise in the rental market Giles opened the doors to his office on Harpur Street. Since then business has gone from strength to strength building on reputation and recommendation. In 2015 the business relocated to it current office in Grove Place, Bedford.

At Giles Cardwell Residential Lettings we are able to offer a custom service to our clients whether it be for an individual property or portfolio to meet your needs.

The knowledge gained over the past three decades gives our clients the peace of mind they are seeking when putting their trust in us as managing agent.

Meet The Team

Giles Cardwell Director

Giles is Bedford born and bred and has worked in the local letting industry for the past 34 years. Before venturing out on his own in 2005 he gained a vast amount of knowledge working for a local agent after leaving school. Outside of work Giles is a keen car enthusiast, a passion he shares with his son George.

Anita Blake Lettings assistant

Anita worked in the customer service industry for many years before joining Giles in 2007. She has gained a wealth of knowledge and can assist you with all aspects of the letting market.Known for her jolly phone manner and attention to detail Anita has built a reputation amongst our clients for good old fashioned customer care. Outside of the office Anita is a doting grandmother and spends her social life enjoying family time.
